Orders can be placed via our secure online shop, your payment is then processed via Worldpay which is part of the Royal Bank Of Scotland Group. If you prefer not to order online we can also take your order and payment over the phone on 01803 525499. Account customers can place orders via email or fax to 01803 664414 for payment by invoice. We don't have a company credit card, can we still order from you? Business customers can set up a credit account facility quickly and easily, contact us for further details or to request an account opening form. Payment can also be made online by personal credit or debit cards or alternatively by cheque sent in the post along with your order details. How secure are our credit card details when ordering online? Our online shop is very secure, your payment is processed by Worldpay which is part of the Royal Bank Of Scotland Group. When you place your order you will be taken to the secure Worldpay payment pages where your card details are fully encrypted for added security, the WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. You will be sent an email to confirm that your payment has been successful and we will be sent details of your order for processing. I don't want to use my credit card online, can I pay by another method? Even though our online ordering system is very secure we understand that some customers may prefer not to order online. We can take card payments over the telephone or, if you prefer you can send us a cheque in the post with your order details. What are your delivery charges? Our standard delivery charges are as follows: - Orders under £100.00 excluding vat - £5.00 - Orders over £100.00 excluding vat - Free delivery Standard delivery charges apply to all of the UK except for the Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Highland & Island postcodes PH10-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. For deliveries to these locations our standard charges may not apply and we reserve the right to charge a higher rate if necessary. We will contact you to advise you of an additional charge for delivery. Do you deliver outside the UK? At present we do not deliver outside the UK. How long will my order take to arrive? We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days provided that all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock when we receive your order we may despatch part of the order with the remaining goods to follow. In the event of a delay in sending you your order we will contact you to let you know. Small or light items are sent by Royal Mail, heavier parcels will be sent out by carrier and will be delivered between Monday & Friday, a signature is needed parcels delivered by carrier. Queries regarding orders and delivery should be referred to our Customer Services Dept on 01803 525499. Can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible, simply contact the sales office by phone/fax or email orders@targetsafety.co.uk with your reference number. If your order has already been despatched when you inform us of the cancellation we will not be able to refund the delivery charge and it will be your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. What if I am out when you deliver my order? If you are not in to accept the delivery the carrier company will leave a card with details of how to contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery. What is your returns policy? All of our products have been selected for their quality and value and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with our products please let us know as soon as possible. If a product is damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost or replace the item free of charge and we will collect the faulty items at our expense. If a product has been ordered in error we will refund the cost of the returned goods or exchange the product provided the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. You will be responsible for the return postage cost if an item has been ordered in error. All returns must have a completed returns form. Refund payments will be credited to the card or method used for the original transaction. What should be kept in our first aid box? The specific contents of your first aid box would depend on your first aid risk assessment. However, the HSE does give guidance as to the minimum stock requirements of first aid kits where there are no special risks in the workplace. These recommendations are set out in the table below, if no running water is available in an eyewash station is also required.

We are always adding new products to our range, if you can't find what you are looking for let us know and we will see if we can get it for you. How will you use my information? We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your information secure. When you place an order with you will be asked for specific information which will be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We may use this information to let you know about our new products and special offers from time to time. We will not pass on or sell your details to third parties. Target Safety Trading Terms & Conditions General 1) In these conditions references to the Seller shall be references to Target Safety and references to the Buyer shall be references to the customer 2) These conditions apply to all contracts for the supply of goods, materials and services by the Seller to the Buyer and no variation of these conditions shall be effective unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller 3) Any verbal or written quotation from the Seller is not an offer and is made subject to the Sellers written acceptance of the Buyers order and always subject to the goods or services in the quotation not having been sold before a contract is entered into. The Buyers order must be placed within 28 days of the date of the quotation, failing which the Seller reserves the right to vary the terms of the quotation 4) The placing of an order for goods or services with the Seller shall be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions which shall override any terms or conditions stipulated by the Buyer. 5) Each order for goods or services shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract to which the terms and conditions hereof shall apply 6) These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. In the event that one or more clauses of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected Prices 7) All prices are subject to market fluctuation and to alteration without notice 8) Unless specified all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the rate applicable on the invoice date Delivery Of Goods 9) Carriage is free for UK mainland delivery of all orders with a net value of £100 or more, for orders with a lower value carriage will be charged at £5 plus VAT 10) At the time of delivery the risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer 11) It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect goods on delivery. Any visible defects in the goods must be notified to the Seller within 7 days of delivery date 12) Title to the goods shall pass to the Buyer when payment has been made in full Payment 13) Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Seller 14) The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts at 3% above the base rate of NatWest Bank Plc until the date of payment. The Buyer agrees to pay any reasonable expenses incurred by the Seller in pursuing the recovery of outstanding debts 15) The Buyer shall not be entitled to set off or deduct any amount from any invoice unless agreed in writing with the Seller 16) The Buyer shall indemnify the Seller for any loss or expenses caused as a result of inaccurate information being provided by the Buyer 17) The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss resulting from any cause beyond the Sellers reasonable control 18) If the Buyer becomes bankrupt or enters into liquidation, administration, administrative receivership, ceases or threatens to cease trading, the Seller is entitled to cancel any outstanding contracts and/or suspend further deliveries or services without liability to the Buyer and any outstanding invoices will become immediately due Copyright 19) All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Target Safety or otherwise used by Target Safety as permitted by law.
